"Meanwhile, our contemporaries react allergically to the stray street photographer who relies on what happens in front of his eyes and devours it with his camera as if with a large mouth.

On the one hand, the most intimate details are exposed on networks or applications or marked as pre-formulated checkboxes. Every preference becomes transparent and is coloured into a data set or a skin that has become a showcase.
On the other hand, you'll get a slap in the face if you try to be Cartier-Bresson. More sensitive natures now have to be clever.
This makes writing a safer way to capture something or someone for a moment. I am always interested in the genre aspect of the concrete, not the concrete as an end in itself or as a farcical anecdote. The concrete, like photography, is a starting point. Everything else, like ourselves, is freely invented, fragmentarily remembered and associated.
In my own interest, I would like to point out that the texts published here require or would have required proofreading."

In addition to this loose collection of texts, which were written largely without any specific intention, a logbook is also kept.

None of the texts were translated from German.
